Customer Service Representative

Our customer service representatives are career-focused and have a passion for assisting our clients by answering questions, responding to and resolving problems or issues related to utility services and billing.

Day-to-day activities include:
1. Answer inbound customer calls and respond promptly to customer emails and tickets
2. Handle and resolve customer complaints
3. Perform customer verification and record details of actions taken
4. Process payments, forms, applications, and requests
5. Maintain customer databases and follow up on customer interactions
6. Communicate and coordinate with internal departments

Billing Analyst

Billing analysts are responsible and committed to generate utility billing for national clients, ensuring accurate and effective billing of all contracted services, including billing analysis, reporting, and resident invoicing using various resources and company specific software.

Day-to-day activities include:
1. Work closely with multiple teams to set up, and complete accurate and timely billing using a variety of tools and company specific software
2. Support Account Management and Customer Service regarding billing questions and reporting needs
3. Create and maintain outstanding internal and external relationships through timely and informative communication and follow-through
4. Meet departmental goals of timeliness and accuracy to maintain company standards
5. Work both individually and in a team environments to complete objectives within the department and the organization

Account Administrator

Client accounts must be managed well and our team of Account Administrators excel at understanding our client needs which enables them to successfully carry out assigned administrative responsibilities and support Account Managers with the management and retention activities of client relationships. Account Administrators also act as a client resource person by helping to solve problems and provide information resulting in the quick resolution of client issues.

Day-to-day activities include:
1. Responsible for understanding all clients in the portfolio and their specific needs
2. Respond via email or telephone within 48 business hours to all external and internal client inquiries
3. Maintain outstanding client relationships through timely and informative communication and follow-through
4. Maintain and update client records with all daily changes
5. Communicate, monitor and report all work done to Account Manager daily
6. Review client history and contact customer to follow up and confirm accuracy of client information (contacts, address, telephone, etc.)
7. Provide Account Manager with administrative support as assigned or requested
8. Educate and train clients on the web portal using online programs such as GOTOMEETING
9. Resolve escalated tenant issues
